Equipping the hands is part of our second pillar because we see immense value in practical, hands-on experience. This training will take place in the context of a local church ministry.
S P I R I T U A L F O R M A T I O N
Our ultimate goal is to grow you up to be a fully devoted, mature follower of Jesus. Through group environments and personal coaching, you will learn how to be with, be like, and do what Jesus did.

Year One Internship
An unpaid part-time internship that allows you to have a part-time or full-time job while completing the program.

Education: Complete 3 of 4 classes

- Regularly attend Sunday gatherings
- Participate in semesterly WMI gatherings
- Attend weekly Intern Gatherings

- Get Weekly Coaching
Year Two & Three Residency
A paid position that allows you to fully immerse in full-time vocational ministry while attending classes and receiving hands-on ministry experience.
